The Chiantiview.com Website offers its users the possibility to insert their pictures in
the gallery and their comments in the forum.
The user is the only responsible for the inserted images and comments. The user who
has sent the images is the only and personal responsible in case whoever suffers any
detrimental consequences caused by the images publication (according to the present
civil and penal law). Regarding this matter, TNX s.a.s. has not any responsibilities.
The Website staff reserve, according to their unappealable decision, the right not to
publish images which may be considered not conforming with the editorial philosophy.
In particular:
- It is forbidden to publish images which are protected by copyright, without any authorization;
- It is forbidden to publish materials which may offend someone’s right relating to gender, religion and race;

TNX s.a.s. reserves the unappealable right to suspend, if it is necessary, the acces to
the Website which the user has acquired with the registration to Chiantiview.com. In
these circumstances the user loses the right to any refound and he loses the
ownership of his personal pictures collection.
